In January of 2001, she joined John G. Cooke & Associates Ltd. Lisa has been involved in historical masonry/roofing restoration, the design of single and multi-storey steel, timber, and concrete buildings, and the subsequent construction administration. She also successfully
completes seismic design for electrical/mechanical systems.
Her technical knowledge and experience are based on the extensive number of projects she has successfully brought to completion. Lisa
can make independent assessment of various on-site conditions and recommend remedial action as appropriate. She has performed extensive construction review services.
Lisa is adept in the preparation of feasibility studies and building investigation reports. She is extremely competent in the preparation of bid documents, construction budget estimates, and management of these projects during the construction phase. Additionally, Lisa is experienced in the preparation of maintenance manuals.
