Structural Rehabilitation Projects
Les Terrasses de la Chaudière, Gatineau, Quebec(2009)
This complex of government office buildings constructed in 1978 is clad with preformed brick panels. The project involved a comprehensive inspection of the masonry building envelope, for the purpose of risk management. It also included repair at critical areas.
University of Ottawa Exterior Repair Program (2006/2007)
Several buildings on campus are involved in the repair program including Perez Hall, Jock Turcot Hall, 129, 139, 141 Louis Pasteur and the Power Plant. Repairs include concrete cleaning and repair, brick cleaning and repair, miscellaneous caulking replacement, cleaning and painting of fenestration and railings, flashing replacement and stair replacement.
SNC Lavalin Profac Various Projects, Ottawa, Ontario (2005-present)
Repairs and restoration to wall envelope, window repairs, stair and sidewalk repair, parking lot re-paving to several Government Facilities including: Tunneys Pasture, RCMP Complex and The OTC Building.
