Province House - Charlottetown

Province House in Charlottetown was constructed between 1843 and 1847, designed by local architect Isaac Smith in the Neoclassical style. The structural scope of work for the restoration project included: underpinning of loadbearing masonry bldg to create full height basement, new elevator core and stairwell, new floor plates, reinforcement of existing floor structures, masonry repairs within building & creation of new openings in load bearing masonry.
