Registry Building Relocation

This project involved the rehabilitation and relocation of the Heritage structure from its original foundation to temporary support and finally to new permanent support. The building was structurally restored and transferred to a temporary steel structure and then relocated to temporary piles and finally to permanent structural support. Responsibilities included initial investigations to assess the condition, preparation of pre-design reports, preparation of bid documents, and construction review and administration. The project was recognized by ACEC Ontario at the 2025 annual awards where it was awarded with Small Business, Big Impact Award.
